Shipping policy

We offer a choice of services from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Often we ship in less handling time however during peak holiday seasons we may require the full handling time. For any additional inquiries or questions please contact us.

UPS Ground®

  • Delivery time is estimated at 1-5 business days nationwide.
  • Delivery to all All 50 states and Puerto Rico. UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
  • Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.
  • Online tracking available.

USPS Ground Advantage®

  • Delivery time is estimated at 2-5 business days nationwide.
  • Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
  • Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

USPS Priority Mail Service®

  • Delivery time is estimated at 2-3 business days nationwide.
  • Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
  • Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

Store Pick-Up Options

Sometimes pre-arranged pick up options are available. This is arranged by reaching out to us prior to purchase. Please review the following important conditions:

  1. Pickup Time: You must arrive at the agreed-upon pickup time. If you are unable to make it, please notify us in advance. Failure to arrive on time may result in cancellation of the arrangement.

  2. Payment: Payment is to be made in cash only at the time of pickup. The agreed-upon price is final and non-negotiable.

  3. Cancellation & Release: If you do not show up at the scheduled time, your order will be considered cancelled, and the item may be released for sale to another buyer.

  4. Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any pickup arrangement at any time and for any reason. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Following these instructions ensures a smooth and safe pickup experience for everyone.

International

  • We currently do NOT ship internationally via our website. However, we do ship internationally through our eBay store
  • using eBays international shipping program. Please visit our store on eBay if interested in one of our items. If you see something available on our website that is not available in our eBay store, feel free to message us and we can create a private sale listing through eBay for your to purchase. Holiday Shipping Schedule 

  • November 1 and December 31 , March 1 and April 30
  • We work relentlessly around the clock during holiday season to ensure packages are shipped out as quickly as possible. We ship out daily, sometimes several times a day. We ask that you please be mindful of the shipping method you choose at checkout and allow time for your package to arrive. We are all at the mercy of the shipping company during this time.

CRYPTKEEPERS COLLECTIBLES CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES BY ANY METHOD. 

If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please contact us immediately after placing your order. This service can not be added on once your item has shipped.
