Returns

All Sales at cryptkeeperscollectibles.com are FINAL. Many of the products we sell are collectibles, out of production, and limited editions, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Sometimes orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed. Please contact us immediately to confirm if we are able to cancel. During the Holiday Season (Nov.1 thru Dec. 31st) we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. Please be sure of your purchase before placing your order.

Shipping Addresses changes can NOT be changed once an order is placed. This is for obvious trust and safety issues. Minor changes such as a missing apartment number or suite number may be added on if the order has not yet shipped. For totally different address changes and for an order that has already shipped, the customer will be required to contact the shipping services to have your package corrected or redirected at your own expense.

*Note : we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, damaged or stolen packages. Please refer to the selected shipping services for any eligible insurance claims. Once an order in possession of the shipping carrier, their insurance policies will apply, if any, and will be responsible for safe delivery to you.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us within 3 business days of delivery; clear and detailed photos to: orders@cryptkeeperscollectibles.com . We will require photos of ALL items received within your shipment along with photos of ALL packaging (including paperwork) with your shipment. Please include your name and order number with your email so that we can identify your order and evaluate the issue. If your claim is accepted, We will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a damage claim for you. Save all packaging materials, in addition to the product and shipping box, as the postal service may require you to bring the package in for inspection. Help us, help you. Failure to cooperate in the process may result in an unapproved return or refund.

*Minor cosmetic paint issues and minor packaging flaws that don't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging, etc. can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes. If you are a collector seeking pristine packaging, please contact us to arrange the sale of a specific item. We offer "white glove" selection and packaging services with extra packing material, for an additional fee. Please see our package condition policy for details.

**Items specifically marked as damaged package and chance items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Shipment Errors
If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, it is important to notify us right away. Please email us within 3 business days of delivery; clear and detailed photos to: orders@cryptkeeperscollectibles.com . We will require photos of ALL items received within your shipment along with photos of ALL packaging (including paperwork) with your shipment. Please include your name and order number with your email so that we can identify your order and evaluate the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will help to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

Note: Due to the rapid increase in fraudulent shopping activity, please be sure to read our False Reason and Fraudulent Returns section before reporting any dishonest claims.

Approved Return Requests
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back using your own shipping label, shipping fees will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages through a return. We advise purchasing shipping insurance in the event your return is lost in transit.

All returns must be returned to us within 10 business days from being approved.

Disqualified Refunds - The condition should NOT change after an item has been approved for return.

  • Absolutely NO opened, used, worn, or untagged.
  • Returned shipment containing missing, intentionally damaged, damaged due to careless return packing, swapped items or opened items.
  • Unapproved or unreported returns will not be accepted. You will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees back to you.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price to recover the cost of processing, shipping, and then re-stocking and re-processing the order. You will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees back to you.

Approved Return Package Condition
Please pack the item in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or other fill to adequately protect the item. Please do not ever place the shipping label directly on the item to return it as this will result in a partial or no refund. If the item is damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to poor packaging your refund will be less.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect or quality complaints, you must contact the manufacturer for any out-of-package issues. Please understand we resell toys, we don’t make them. If your figure has stiff joints, try running it under warm water and firmly shifting the joint to loosen it.

*Out of production and vintage collectibles: Many of the collectibles we sell are discontinued and sold brand new in package, in vintage or collectible condition. Items with trial batteries will likely no longer be working after a long period of time. The value of the item is held in its new in sealed packaging condition. For example a Star Wars lightsaber that is new and sealed from 10+ years ago should not be expected to have working trial batteries or function as it would have when it was first released. Should you decide to open the packaging please understand this is at your own risk and can not be guaranteed a specific condition or be eligible for return.

False Reason and Fraudulent Returns

We maintain a strict stance on return abuse such as dishonest reasons for returns, tampered seals or box swaps (returning a different item other than the one you received from us). Any type of abusive fraudulent behavior will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to evaluate and inspect each return upon receipt. 

Please be forewarned, we will take legal action to recover our losses. Please save us both the headache and do not buy from us if you plan on committing return theft.


DISCLAIMER: The shipping packaging process of our items are video recorded. We actively report civil theft and fraudulent returns to the local authorities, Postal Mail Inspection Service as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Cryptkeepers Collectibles, LLC is registered in Sarasota County, FL, USA. Its is agreed that all parties will abide by the laws of the State of Florida in all matters relating to this agreement. And that in the case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction of resolution shall be Sarasota County. Florida. The buyer acknowledges that any items not returned within 30 days of receipt of the refund will be deemed appropriated by the buyer and the buyer also acknowledges their intent to deprive from seller, either temporarily or permanently, the right to the property or the benefits from the property.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This process may also take a few extra days during the holiday season. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@cryptkeeperscollectibles.com.
